Reconciled Rest November 11-14, 2027

Join Bill Vanderbush live in person for three nights in the beautiful Oaks Lodge at the Garden of the Gods on the grounds of Glen Eyrie Castle in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

This will be a time of supernatural peace as we journey through the transformation of allowing the Holy Spirit to unveil and reveal our union with Christ as written about in Bill’s book, Unveiled Horizon: Reflections on the Nature of God.

When?

The Reconciled Rest retreat is November 11-14, 2027.

Check-in begins at 4pm on Thursday, November 11th. Check-out is 11am on Sunday, November 14th.

What’s included in the price?

The price includes your lodging for 3 nights, all buffet meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), and the cost of the retreat. 

What are my lodging choices?

Castle Rooms or Lodge Rooms

All meals will be in the castle. Sessions will take place at Cedar Ridge Lodge which is an 8-10 minute walk from the castle. 

Castle Room Pricing:

Castle Premier Room (Highest level accommodations with one King bed) – Single person: $2200/Married Couple: $3100

Castle King Room (one King bed) – Single person: $2150/Married Couple: $2999

Castle West Queen Room (one Queen bed) – Single person: $2100/Married Couple: $2899

Lodge Rooms Pricing

Each room contains two queen sized beds.

Options:

Single person in private lodge room: $1900 

Single person sharing with a roommate: $1300

Married Couple: $2600 

How do I reserve my room?

If you'd like to reserve your spot, we are taking non-refundable deposits now.

Single person deposit: $200

Married couple deposit: $400

Payment Arrangements?

If you need to make payment arrangements, we can break it up into four payments with the final payment due by October 1st.

Cancellation policy:

The deposit is non-refundable.

If cancellation occurs at least 40 days prior to the event, you will receive a full refund (minus the deposit).

If cancellation occurs 14-39 days prior to event, you will receive a 50% refund (minus the deposit).

If cancellation occurs less than 14 days prior to event, there is no refund. Emergencies will be considered and we’ll do our best to return a portion if we’re able.
